Dr Stephen Kell

Dr Kell qualified at Nottingham University Medical School in 1994. He has additional qualifications in Child Health and Dermatology, and is a tutor and examiner for the Cardiff Diploma in Dermatology. He works as a GP with a Special Interest in Dermatology and has an active input in Practice Management.
