Out of Hours Service

If you need to see a doctor urgently outside of surgery hours, when you call the surgery number a recorded message informs you of the emergency telephone number to ring. This number is 0844 412 1104

’Swine’ Flu Vaccinations

We will be contacting patients to attend sessions at the surgeries for a ’Swine’ flu vaccination, according to criteria set by the Department of Health.

SystmOnline

New on line service, by clicking on the bottom button on the left hand side ’SystmOnline’ you can view your current repeat medication and order the items you are requiring. To use this system you need to visit the practice to be registered for a username and password. Before giving you these details will we ask to see photographic proof of identity such as driving licence / passport / bus pass. We aim to have all routine repeat prescriptions ready within 24 hours of receiving your request.
The above also gives you the facility of viewing past and future booked appointments.

Repeat Dispensing - is a new way for you to get your regular prescription, direct from your local pharmacy, without having to order from your surgery each time..

If you are on the same medication regularly and use the same pharmacy then under this scheme you can get your repeat prescriptions direct from your pharmacy, rather than getting them from your surgery each time. If you would like to know more about this scheme then please enquire at the surgery where we will be able to give you more information.

If you would like to lose weight and have a BMI of over 30, or in certain circumstances a BMI of over 28, ask at reception about our weight management programme.
